Thank you for shopping with UAPA. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- United States: Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) $8 · Express $15 · Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Canada & Europe: Standard and Express available · Free shipping on orders over $150.
- Latin America: Standard and Express available.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
UAPA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@uapaofficial.com so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Depending on your country, duties and taxes are either included in the price shown or calculated at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UAPA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
