SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with UAPA. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $180 USD

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

UAPA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@uapaofficial.com so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. Customers are responsible for these charges. UAPA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

UAPA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
